Trusted Launch Event
University College Birmingham recently hosted the launch event for our new book 'Trusted: The human approach to building outstanding client relationships in a digitised world’.
We have worked with the ‘Hired’ team and students at UCB for the last 18 months, delivering employability skills and career resilience workshops. Students from the Culinary Arts degree course organised and hosted our event as part of an assessment contributing to their degree qualification, showcasing their skills to in excess of 100 guests on the night. The ‘Hired' team support students to recognise and build the skills needed to be successful in the world of work - most importantly, employability and career resilience skills. "The fact that this event was executed in just four weeks just goes to show what these students are capable of,” commented UCB Employability Tutor, David Conway.
We were completely blown away by their creativity, attention to detail, wonderful street food and their care of our guests during the evening. One guest commented that he would employ any of them in a heartbeat.

Here we are being interviewed by our fabulous publisher, mentor and friend, Alison Jones on the Extraordinary Business Book Club podcast. This podcast was a huge inspiration to us during the planning and writing of Trusted as we listened to the tips and advice from the authors Alison interviewed. It's a real privilege to be the authors on this episode. Enjoy! #Trusted #FindYourTSpot
