After all the months of planning, awards entries and judges decisions, we thoroughly enjoyed presenting the awards to the first winners at the Midlands Service Excellence Awards 2019. Unlike all of the other awards presented this evening, this award was not open to nominations.
Not even our judging panel members knew who our winner is.
The winner was a collective decision made by the awards organisers -First Impressions Training and Henrik Court Events Management.
After devising a list of possible winners - each of whom would be very worthy of winning such an award - we had many conversations before agreeing who would win our first Ambassadors award.
Our winner is a widely respected business leader in their sector and is highly regarded by their peers, team, and importantly, their clients.
They started out in their chosen business sector on the first rung of the career ladder and has tenaciously worked hard, with determination and some setbacks, to progress their career to where they are today.
Our winner leads a successful business whilst never neglecting their family responsibilities. They also volunteer some of their time, in aid of charitable causes.
A great role model, running a mentoring group - sharing their knowledge, expertise and advice to other business owners.
