DiSC® is a behavioural assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. The DiSC® model provides a common language to assist teams in understanding themselves and others at a deeper level.
There are specific profiles available for leaders, managers, sales staff and a workplace profile for all other levels within the organisation.
We can deliver DiSC® in a number of ways. It works really well as an interactive workshop. This helps team members to appreciate different behavioural styles within the organisation. We can also deliver 1:1 feedback and coaching for individuals.
