First Impressions is run by Lyn Bromley MIFIC, Managing Director.

First Impressions consultants are involved in the activity of the organisation in many ways, either as part of The Training Team (pictured above), as First Impressions Corporate Associates, by helping with events such as Consultant Forums or exhibitions, or by working on project teams.

Lyn's move to being managing director of FI brings together her image skills, having been a trainer to the image profession for the last two years, her time as a FI Corporate Associate and her business background.

Lyn's real passion is helping people to maximise their potential by enhancing their personal image profile. People to tend to focus their efforts on their technical skills, but do not pay the same attention to their own packaging! Creating a professional image is as important as the technical competencies for career and personal development. Lyn enjoys assisting clients to maximise their profile in a professional and fun atmosphere.

She is a Master of the International Federation of Image Consultants, having passed her Masters Award by assessment, and a First Impressions Corporate Associate. Lyn is also an NLP Master Practitioner and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
