We have two training teams - both completely committed to delivering the best training they possibly can. The Image Skills Training Team delivers a wide range of courses for those wishing to build a career in image consultancy or to add image skills to their current portfolio. The Open Course Programme Training Team delivers training modules for individuals or teams in the corporate market, providing them with knowledge and skills they can put into practice in the workplace.

The Image Skills Training Team
All First Impressions trainers are experienced and successful image consultants as well as trained trainers. They are all Masters of the International Federation of Image Consultants (MFIC), having completed their IFIC/City & Guilds of London Masters Award in Image Consultancy. Our commitment to and investment in on-going training development is demonstrated by our regular Training Team Meetings and resulting training development activities. During your course(s) you will meet some or all of the First Impressions trainers - we believe it is helpful for you to have exposure to different styles of training and to hear about the wide variety of work that the trainers have experienced during their careers. We know that previous trainees have really valued the anecdotes and advice that bring life and relevance to the training. One trainee recently commented that "In my line of work I meet quite a lot of 'top' (allegedly!) class trainers and facilitators but I can honestly say that, in my opinion, the FI training team can knock spots off all of them."

The Open Course Programme Training Team
This team is made up of First Impressions Corporate Associates, who have wide-ranging business experience, expert image skills and a background in corporate life that enables them to understand the relevance to the workplace of the topics they are covering.
